I started my professional career at a very young age at Maussi Sebes Institute known as the best cooking academy back in Argentina. My first job experiences were based on French Cuisine, which I combine with my Italian ancestry inspiration. Each of them gave me a strong knowledge in terms of culinary techniques and creativity.


Throughout my career I had the opportunity to perform in different aspects: from homemade cuisine, gastronomy business advisor, University professor to sophisticated five-star restaurants.


I understand cooking as a way of living. I consider it my real calling.


My goal as a professional is to turn the basic act of eating into a unique and unforgettable experience.

Native Argentinean with Italian and Spanish culture mentorship. As a child I used to share the kitchen with my mother and grandmother, learning the passion for authentic and traditional cuisine.

I am passionate about cooking on the grill and the intense flavors that fire provides. Although my love for cooking begins at a young age, the urge to create different meals has been growing for more than 20 years.

Throughout my career I was fortunate to learn and share my knowledge with great chefs in Italian, French, Asian and Argentinian traditional cuisine. I have cooked in both boutique restaurants and luxury hotels in Argentina, United States and Andorra.

I understand cooking as a way of expression, delivering unique experiences and long lasting memories.
